I hope by sharing my milestones it will help keep me motivated to keep making daily changes and maybe in the process I can share recipes with you that may help your children eat certain foods or better yet maybe your an adult picky eater like me! To get this started I would love recipes or creative ways that you have made food! Remember I am starting from the scratch here so I am honestly looking for things that may not be the healthiest way to cook something! For example if you have a way you like to cook broccoli that is probably the unhealthiest way to get broccoli but your kids will eat it and you think it tastes amazing too I would love to hear about it! Anyway to get new foods in my mouth without gagging is my goal! Can't wait to get going and start making daily changes to my not so varies food choices! Here's a quote I like to get me started:
